Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the dispatch date. Once shipped, your order may take 2-5 days to deliver depending upon your PIN code.

Once you get the parcel, we recommend you inspect the order once for any tamper or damage before signing the receipt.
Due to security reasons, the COD option is not available on purchases above Rs.7,000/-.

Your package tracking information will be sent to you after the shipment is dispatched from our warehouse to your registered mobile number. Each order will be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of placing the order. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
Return Policies
We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. The client is liable to pay the freight charges for the return pickup and the new product delivery. (generally, 200/-)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we will arrange for return pick up from the original delivered address only
USHARA reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup does not include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products as well.
If the item has been resized, altered or damaged we won't be able to offer the refund/exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
